You can order from this site using a secure credit card transaction. You can also order by phone by calling 724-266-0999 or you can download an order form (pdf) and fax to 724-266-1888 or mail to Tied with Raffia, 1320 Merchant Street, Ambridge, PA 15003. We will then contact you by phone to provide total cost and to discuss method of payment. If you are in our area you can also visit our store at the address above.
Most orders are shipped in 3-4 business days. There may be times, especially around holidays, when orders may take longer.
We try to keep ingredients and supplies fully stocked, but in the event of en extremely high order volume, you will be notified if your products have to be back-ordered. We apologize if this inconvenience should occur and will make every effort to have them available to you as soon as possible. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks and money orders. Sorry, we do not accept COD orders, PayPal. We also accept Debit Cards for our in-store purchases only.
In the event you use a check or money order as payment, your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Please make checks or money orders payable to "Tied with Raffia" and mail to Tied with Raffia, 1320 Merchant Street, Ambridge, PA 15003. A $30 fee will be charged for checks that are returned by the bank for any reason.
We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. EST., Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. EST and closed on Sundays and certain Holidays. Pick-ups are available in our store if you call in advance to place your order.
We have a delivery truck that ships wholesale orders free to the following zip codes in Pennsylvania: 15001, 15003, 15005, 15009, 15027, 15042, 15061, 15066, 15074, 15081, 15143. For Web site orders, your shopping cart will automatically add shipping charges to your total. These shipping charges will be adjusted to $0 when we receive your order. We no longer offer free delivery to our retail customers.
We hope to build our success and reputation not only on our high-quality products but also on customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, you can return them within 14 days for a full refund on the product price. Sorry, no refunds on shipping charges unless the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged.
